In a blender place…

  • 1/2 small avocado meat
  • 1 cup almond milk  or milk of choice
  • 1/2 peeled English/hothouse cucumber (or whatever you have)
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 2 tablespoons quinoa flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Blend until smooth
    Garnish with avocado and fruit
