Decadent Chocolate Cinnamon Cake Made With Avocado Peel Oil

You will need:

1 cup quinoa flour
1 cup sugar
1/ 2 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp. ground flax
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 /2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup avocado peel oil (Directions to make avocado peel oil) Thoroughly wash 1 small avocado.  Remove the meat and seed.  Add the peel to 1 cup vegetable oil (I like grapeseed oil).  Process in a food processor until smooth.  Store in airtight container.
3/4 cup milk of choice

Directions:  Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.  You can use a large spoon, wire whisk or electric mixer.  Pour into a greased and floured 6 or 9 inch cake pan.  Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.   Cool completely.  Dust with powdered sugar of drizzle with chocolate ganache.  Enjoy!
