You will need:
1/4 of the prepared/baked brownie from the Quinoa Esta Bakery Fudgy Brownie Mix
1/3 cup green pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 cups water
2 tsps. vanilla extract

This Fudgy Brownie Sorbet is a chocolate lovers dream..  Silky and smooth on the palate with a distinct essence of cream….Sweet, fudgy and simply divine… Easy to prepare and a quick dessert lifeline….

Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions…. Reserve 1/4 of the baked brownie for your Fudgy Brownie Sorbet concoction…. Grab a Vitamix or a similar kind…   Add the reserved brownie…  1/3 cup green pepitas… 1/3 cup sugar… 2 teaspoons vanilla extract…  And 2 cups water to reach the finish line…

Now blend, blend, blend until creamy and smooth… Pour mix into your ice cream maker and churn until its soft frozen or until you approve… Now scoop into a freezer safe container and cover it tightly…. Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy it nightly….
